Sophia Symeou

Sophia Symeou is the driving force behind INS’ success. She has extensive experience in both the public and private sector. In fact, Sophia created Australia’s first in-house public service HR consultancy service. In her years at INS, she has helped organisations achieve multi-million-dollar savings.

Sophia believes being for profit and for purpose are mutually compatible. She’s passionate about creating strategies that realise business goals and treat employees with respect and fairness. She walks the talk with INS’ highly productive and motivated staff enjoying a range of cutting edge, flexible working conditions.

Her Mission

Sophia’s mission is to create workforces for the future, and to be a formidable force for good. She always asks this question of her staffs and clients, “How can we do this better and with heart?”
