Who is INS?
INS was established in 2012. Since our doors opened, we have worked closely with governments, businesses and individuals right across Australia.
Our name, INS, stands for “In No-one’s Shadow”. We support people and organisations to be all they can be and to shine their light. It is our driving force. We are always looking for ways to do things better for both clients, and our team.
Why we do what we do
At INS, we believe in the opportunity to create workforces for the future. All the while being a formidable force for good. We do this by delivering strategic, integrated and practical HR and career management solutions. And we develop these with your organizational structure, people, and processes in mind.
We believe that you can a successful organisation of any size while making a difference to the community. INS donate 10% of all our profits to charity, and we match staff donations. So, by working with us you too are being a formidable force for good.
